Marwa Taha has provided counsel and litigation and transactional support to SCLO’s clients across a wide range of industries. Her work has included representing foreign clients in a successful construction arbitration, and counselling on labour-related issues. She obtained her LLB Degree at the University of Khartoum, Faculty of Law and a high diploma student in the field of International Law and Human Rights. An active and involved professional, Miss Taha has been involved with numerous organisations including Sudanese Expatriates Affairs, TEDx and the United Nations Development Programme.
She is known for her legal expertise, strong practical experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills and customer service abilities, and she has been an integral part of the SCLO team since 2017.
