SCLO are delighted to welcome Mr Mohammed Khojaly to SCLO's Team in Khartoum, Sudan.

Mr Khojaly graduated from the University of Khartoum in 2013 and commenced work experience in the judicial authority when he performed the national service.  He passed the Bar Association exam in 2015 and trained in Dr Adil Abdul-Ghani's law firm where he obtained his Practicing Licence in 2016.

Mr Khojaly served as a legal advisor at the Grand Holiday Villa Hotel & Suites from 2016 to 2020 where he established his own private practice advising various companies, embassies and consulates.  He has experience working on a wide range of cases including labour, civil, criminal, as well as drafting contracts and agreements.  He also gained experience in litigation and drafting petitions, closing statements, case reports, and appeals.  Additionally, Mr Khojaly worked before arbitration tribunals on a variety of cases acting for companies and individuals relating to disputes.  He also has experience in the civil and commercial sector including but not limited to registration of companies, partnerships and business names, and conducting negotiations.

Academically, besides his LLB. Mr Khojaly took his post-graduate diploma in commercial law at the University of Khartoum.
