Likewise, we achieved a very favourable result when representing another client in a construction arbitration.

SCLO represented a Chinese rolled steel exporting company in an international sale of goods dispute. SCLO successfully invoked the Sudanese Arbitration Act 2005, resulting in the dismissal of the case against SCLO’s client by the Sudanese court and its referral to the Chinese International Economic & Trade Arbitration Commission.  

SCLO advises Siemens on various matters in Sudan SCLO advised Khartoum New International Airport on its proposed project to build a fuel farm storage facility under a Build-Operate-Transfer contract.  

SCLO advised Khartoum State Water Corporation on its Build-Operate-Transfer project, the Almanara Water Project, worth €87 million.
