SCLO advised a company based in India which provides streaming video services over the Internet directly to consumers in India, the United States and Canada.  The Company was considering expanding its services into several territories internationally, including Sudan.  After this expansion, users located in Sudan would be able to sign up for the video service to stream content over the Internet to the users’ personal devices.  SCLO worked in partnership with an international law firm to advise on a variety of compliance questions related to this expansion to ensure compliance with Sudanese Laws and Regulations, in particular:
